Syringa Wholesale of Boise

I called to inquire about flowers and the man was more worried about how I got his phone number than actually helping me. The website gives his phone number as the contact! The website makes it sound like they will serve anyone. It says they will help you make "your special occasion beautiful. Whether a wedding, birthday, holiday or simply looking to brighten the day." But the interaction was to just go to costco, and I guess to NOT "feel free to reach out" to the number given on the site.

I went to syringa floral between the hours of 10-12 as recommended by their staff after calling earlier that week to discuss ordering flowers for a wedding. I was told that they couldn’t assist because it was too busy with an upcoming holiday. The staff member did not offer to take my information down and told me I’d have to come back. Overall I felt the interaction was rude and un professional. I will not be going back.

Not sure what this guy problem is. I have a license and he continues to send me to Costco. I don't want Costco flowers. Nothing bad I just want long stems. Bad service.
